OTS 6th Annual Dog Jog

Join us for the 6th Annual OTS Dog Jog on Sunday, March 13 in Guelph!

The 6th Annual OTS Dog Jog is a 5km race or a fun 2km walk/run in the beautiful Guelph Arboretum, a 165 ha park attached to the University of Guelph. This Dog Jog is hosted by the OTS Professional Veterinary Fraternity at the Ontario Veterinary College (OVC) and raises money for the OVC Pet Trust.

OVC Pet Trust is Canada’s first charitable fund entirely dedicated to advancing the health and well being of companion animals. Funding from OVC Pet Trust has led to major improvements in anesthesia and pain control for pets, heart disease and heart monitoring techniques, dermatology, cancer, understanding the human-animal bond and more. All funds from OVC Pet Trust are put towards supporting learning, health care and research at the Ontario Veterinary College.

The OTS Dog Jog is super fun way to get out and have some fun with your pup - or have fun snuggling other pups if you don't have your own! Refreshments and snacks are provided as well as registration goodies and raffle prizes. Come out and support a great cause and have some fun while doing it!

To join us the day of there is a minimum fundraising goal of $20/person. More information to follow. Make sure to join the Facebook group to stay current on information.
